Training Ideas

Powerlifting has been a passion of mine for many years. Throughout my training, I have been introduced to new ideas that were supposed to be THE latest and greatest method. What I have found is that there is no one method that will produce the same results for everyone. This is in part due to our individual belief systems. If we believe it isn’t going to work, then guess what…we’re right.

There are some systems that have proven themselves worthy of consideration, and in powerlifting there are some new training methods that I have utilized and am happy to report are producing fantastic results.
